J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Melbourne, FL) en juin 2016
Entretien
There were 3 interviews at 3 different stores at different times in the day AND on different days. Some as early as 7AM, for example, and one on a Sunday at 3PM. I guess they want to see your availability and how flexible you're willing to be. The 2nd and 3rd interview included a tour of the store. They emphasized that all the stores usually are set up in the same way to make it easier for all employees. Overall, Aldi is a great company to work for for the type of job it is. It is easy to get promoted within the company but your availability for that usually has to be over 85% open. One thing I dislike is that once you're promoted to shift manager, your hours as a shift are not consistent. Some days you will be an associate and receive the associate pay even if you do shift manager duties. It isn't bad overall, the health insurance is pretty good, employees are generally nice and positive, and mostly young since this job is quite physical, but hey, that saves you a trip or two to the gym.

I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
