J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Deltona, FL) en déc. 2025
Entretien
This was in Volusia County, Florida, USA. Aldi conducts group interviews with about 15-20 people at a time. Everyone is together at the introduction and during the tour. then they conduct individual interviews ranging from 10-20 minutes per person, requiring everyone to wait in a line to interview. No seating is provided, so you can be standing for 2-2-1/2 hours waiting. I applied for the advertised Full-Time Store Associate position, but during the individual interview I was asked if I would be willing to work part time to get my foot in the door. When I inquired how many hours were considered part time vs full time, the store manager tried to avoid answering the question until I kept pressing for an answer, and then he said that after the holidays the hours could be reduced to 4-10 hours a week. I was not willing to leave a part-time job with more hours to take a chance with a company that couldn't even say how many hours their part-time positions work. Not a good experience and I give them a C- in the interview process. I did not get an offer because I was not willing to take a part-time position when I applied for a full-time advertised position and am already working part-time. It was better for me to stay where I am and see if full-time opens up there rather than leave for less hours somewhere else.

J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Bowling Green, OH) en avr. 2026
Entretien
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
