First, I had a quiz about some simple calculations like 44*55=?. Then I move to the second round for an online questionnaire contains 100+ multiple-choice questions, and nearly all of the questions are behavior questions. I fell in this step and don't know why. Actually, I really curious about how they choose candidates through the questionnaire.

A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.
