Entretien
First gave me an online mental math test, which was just mental arithmetic and pattern recognition. Then gave me an online personality test, which was 185 questions, and asked about your behavorial tendencies. Then there was a phone screen, where it was more mental arithmetic questions, and some probability. Finally there was the final round web interview, where they asked some more probability and brainteasers. There was a question where they gauged your risk aversion.

If I give you 10 million dollars, and in 5 years you had to give me back 10 million dollars, how would you make the most money? What if i gave you only 3 days?
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
