Worst interview ever. First round interview: I could barely understand the guy and he could barely understand me. He asked me a bunch of mental math questions first (hardest one being 111*555). Then he asked me a question to gauge my risk aversion. Basically, you have two choices with equal expected value but different variance and he asks you to choose one. This was incredibly poorly worded because the way he asked it he made it seem like there was an optimal choice in the sense that you could create a strategy for the game that yields higher returns so I started working towards that but then 10 seconds later he gave me some more guidance. Last he asked me a question about E[number of flips to get 2 heads]. Overall, he seemed rather incompetent and unable to communicate.

Currently done till personality test. Just be yourself and it should be fine if you're really carved out for the position imo. Waiting to get done with the one side interview now.
The interview process was quite different to others I had experienced. It was very no nonsense straight into the technical questions without much introduction. Overall a good but from personal experience different process

Personality test is 180 questions mc quiz
Phone interview with trader involves probably questions, expected value questions and general risk tolerance questions. Very technical interview.
Final interview is the same thing but with 2 traders, face to face.
Traders are very friendly, easy to get along.
