I applied online. After one week, I received an email. The 1st round is online mental math test, 7minutes.No paper, pen or any kind of electronic device. Next 15min sequence problems, I finished about 20, skipped some. I am still waiting for the result.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
