After applying, I received an OA with mental math and sequences questions. After this stage, I passed and was given another OA playing an EV game. The game requires very fast thinking with some questions only being given 15 seconds to answer. Did not move on.

The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
