For a part-time researcher job, the interview went smoothly and respectfully. Though, for a tenure position there were 3 interviews, which is normal therefore expected, the only down side is that before the last interview I received undirected questions about my age, my gender, gender roles, marital status. So sadly it felt like I was already rejected before the last interview for a *(maybe cultural) misconception that women are expected to leave work to bear kids.

Entretien
two rounds of interview: at the first round the presentation was given to the branch (specific subject) committee, and at the second round you were asked a few very general questions by the general head (CEO?) of AIST. I would say all the technical questions were asked in the first round.
