Was contacted after days of applying. Had an initial interview, and was told to wait for further updates regarding my application, and told me to just contact them if I have any concerns but was ghosted afterwards even if I followed up multiple times

The hr and hiring manager was very kind and accommodating, they will give you enough time every after question for you to think for an answer. They were also very friendly and no pressure at all during the interview.
