Very very poor hiring processes.
Disconnect between HR team and Technical panel.
I have been rejected few weeks ago which was very much surprising for me as my technical interview went very good.
Even I have received a token of appreciation.
During interview received ratings were very good.
But HR came up with lowest ratings.
This shows the disconnect between processes.
Talent acquisition manager has no business ethics.
Overall recruitment process was very much disappointing.

Regret you have not been shortlisted, that doesn't qualify you to blame the organization giving vague reasons.The motivational comment during the tech interview process, doesn't related to a candidate been shortlisted. All the best.
