Entretien
1) 10 min phone interview with HR about past expereince, salary expectations, current role, why interested to work there 2) Interview with 2 of the managers (some technical questions+past expereince relevant tot he position, what are your hobbies? expereince working in a team? How do you work in stressful environment? What type data have you worked with? Experience with different programming languages 3) interview with director+ managers: going through resume and asking detailed questions about my previous position.
Very nice people. They created a very friendly atmosphere and gave me a good sense of comfort during the interview process.
The steps did not take too long, overall 4 weeks.

I went to JSM and took this interview. It is a one on one interview. And I was asked questions related to my resume. After that, I also get two phone interview. One is related to IQ test. There are two questions, burning ropes and weighing coins. Another is related to my background.
