Referred by someone, but he keep his identity closed to HR and IT Staff. Got a call from HR, general talking, normal HR process. Walk to F2F HR..which was Good. HR exec was great. Then F2F with IT Dept, IT recruiter was not technical sound, (i guess). Stucked over salary negotiation. after this interview i got a call from HR and she told me that as per IT recruiter i am not technical sound but as per their HOD of HR, it seems that i am eligible and he wants to meet me and discuss about conversation between me and his IT recruiter. But i denied cause that That IT Recruiter was their HOD of IT with null Technical Knwldg.
