J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez AHAlife (New York, NY)
Entretien
I went into my interview cautious because (1) I had read the blistering Glassdoor reviews and (2) knew someone with a pretty awful account of their time at AHAlife. The initial hour changed everything. The interviewer seemed so genuinely excited to be there and raved about the people and projects at the company. The person really sold me on AHAlife and made me really believe the culture had done an 180. That changed within 15 minutes. The second interviewer confirmed all my initial fears. There were challenging questions as expected but the interviewer’s tone was so unnecessarily combative. It was a shame because there’s a lot of great talent at the company, but the leadership isn’t where it should be. I think there’s an unfortunate misconception there that you have to act like a jerk to be taken seriously as a female executive.
