After applying, I got a mail directly from hiring manager for a phone interview. The interview was good and it lasted for 30 minutes. Then he said that he would contact me in next week to let me know about the next steps. But I didn't get a reply till 1 month and dropped him a mail asking about my update. He said he is still in selection process and would confirm me in next week. But still I didn't receive any reply and I dropped a mail asking him to be considerate and value the time of the job aspirants because at the end of the day the effort goes futile if you don't receive any feedback. Later he apologized and mentioned that my application is rejected. I got a bad impression on the company.
