Having all the right skills experience, gained from a relevant industry with a company operating in the same space I was excited to customise my CV to highlight my relevant experience, sadly I received a generic rejection via email. Wouldn't usually be bothered but having seen that someone without the experience noted on the advert, has secured the job its frustrating that I didnt even get the chance to attend an interview. Makes me think they have just hired a friend and that they are comfortable with an unfair hiring process. Clearly a bad culture where biases are acceptable.
