Three stages - screening, situation specific and finally a presentation on renewable energy topic.
The second stage was very warm with two mid senior principals who asked me about interest to join and relevant experience. The third round was with Directors who simulated a client situation during the presentation

Easy process, most of the time manager wants to know what I did. Not much particular to any of the deep technical questions.
