Completely waste of time. They weren't sure if they was a genuine need in hiring and the interview process was more like extracting ideas to formulate their own GTM strategy for the region. And yes the negative reviews on Glassdoor are somewhat true, the founder/cofounder are indeed all about themselves, stuck up AF.
