There were 3 interviews (phone interview, interview with one person, interview with 3-4 people) and I made it to the last round which is a pretty in depth interview. The first two interviews weren't too bad, but the third asked a few tough questions. They were behavioral but a bit tricky. The interview was over an hour long and they asked many questions about background and behavior. After I interviewed, I didn't hear back at all even though they told me I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. People were nice but it was kind of rude to ghost after the amount of time I put into it.
