The interview had 3 phases. In the first one, the human resources team put me in contact with the tram leader and the head of the architecture - aviation department. In this phase they asked me about my professional experience, interests, project management skills, personal interests, salary expectations and language skills, English being a must. In a second interview with the architecture - aviation team leader I was asked about my availability to travel to Malaga to meet the team and spend some time in the office, with the possibility of teleworking afterwards.
