6 months it too long to be stringing a candidate along. It makes me questions the capabilities of the HR leadership and since they are in the HR business the level of service that they provide to their clients. The first phone interview was followed by a second phone interview about a month later. Then there was a 3 month gap. No communication. I called and emailed, but never got a response. Then out of the blue I received a call from the recruiter and he asked if I was interested. I was shock, but curious. So I said yes and he said that someone would schedule a face to face interview within the next week. Well, 1 month later I get contacted and finally have the face to face interview. The people were very nice, although one of the people didn't show up for the interview. But was able to meet 5 HR people. The job was not very complex from an HR perspective. On the 6 month anniversary of the initial contact, I sent and email to follow up. They replied back that they weren't interested in me any longer. It is obvious that they would not have contacted me. It definitely demonstrates their level of customer service. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to work for or use their services.
