Great - Applied for an alternate role - And leadership saw an opportunity to be considered for an alternate role. This showed that they look at the bigger picture and look how to bring in talent from all backgrounds. Had a phone screening, and 2 F2F interviews

Had an initial phone consultation, about 20 minutes with an HR person from the states.
Very stereotypical questions, incredibly inpersonal left me feeling like I would be a cog in the machine not a valued employee.
Was never contacted again, I cannot understand how a company with a big recruitment portal can't at least provide a stock email with "unfortunately we won't be taking you forward in the process"

There was a serious of 3 interviews. It was very formal. There wasn't much about getting to know you more reading questions from a script. The process was pretty normal. Everyone did talk about how positive their experience was with ADP and how much they enjoyed working there.
