There was a phone screening where he asked me some technical questions. Then I went for face to face interview with the hiring manager and 2 other people. I'd say the whole process was lame and not serious. They show lack of technical skills and leadership. I hope they learned something from me while I was there. I wish them the best.

They looked at my resume and made assumptions. They did not really know how to ask technical questions. They really were not sure what they were looking for.
