      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP en janv. 2022

      Entretien

      I was reached out to by a recruiter on Indeed. I confirmed my interest in the position and was sent a link to schedule a phone interview. I received multiple automated reminders that my interview was coming up. The interviewer no showed. I followed up by email and they said they didn't know who I was, or what the position was. I had only been dealing with bots. They rescheduled the interview for the next day after multiple calls. The day came, and she no showed again. I waited a bit and then proactively called her. She said I wasn't on her calendar because I never confirmed 'yes' to the invite. I let her know I never received an invite and thought our phone conversation confirming the appointment was sufficient. From there we talked, normal resume things, and then she said she'd like to move me to next steps but because I never applied for the position (again they found me on indeed) I wasn't in their ATS. I had to apply for the position. Once I applied she said I'd receive an assessment for basic spelling, grammar and punctuation. I applied at the link provided, and never received the 'next steps' email. Overall, I love ADP, the benefits are good, the role is great, but I'm so disappointed in this experience. I was no showed twice, and then ghosted after assuring me what next steps were. If you aren't interested, a simple no thank you would be sufficient.

      Process was straight forward. I did not wait long for each step. First meeting with recruiter for prescreen and then directly with the hiring team for the next step. They seems to accept candidates from any background industries.

      Applied online, received an email to set up a phone interview within the next few days. Interviewer asked basic screening questions from the hiring manager where she typed all your answers (a bit weird/ not really personable)
