      I had a few rounds of technical interview. Average interviews. I was asked to design an application. The questions were very basic. Singleton pattern, Strategy pattern.       After waiting from long time got a chance to attend first round of interview. after then no calls and no update from HR side. I am not sure what went wrong

      Started with waiting in the long queue. First round was very good and second round started asking last 10 years projects related questions.Too many rounds with similar kind of questions.

      From my resume, old projects technology stack related questions like life cycle of JSF, when the model bean get updated in jsf. I worked on JSF 5 years back. Too many rounds with similar kind of questions

      Entretien

      ADP is one of the biggest companies in the world which provides HR and Payroll services. I don't know why they are dependent upon small consultancies for sourcing and screening profiles. Anyway, coming to the interview process. As mentioned above, the initial screening scheduling of the interview will be done by a consultancy. The 1st round was a written technical test related to design patterns, architecture, code solving, etc. 2nd round was a F2F technical discussion with a Lead developer. Both these rounds happened on 2 separate days. The consultancy again called and said there will be another round with Manager and Director and asked to come again. This was my 3rd straight visit to the company and still the HR there asked whether I was for the 1st round. How pathetic! I was made to wait for 1.5 hrs after I said I was for the 3rd round. Then came two young guys. I was pretty sure they weren't on the management side. As predicted, they were developers and again started a technical discussion which went for 30 mins. They were more interested in knowing about the technologies I worked. After that lunch time came. The HR vanished. I asked the security there and they asked me to leave for the day. Am pretty sure they are just interested in showing interview counts to the higher management. No sign of actual recruitment. You can sense that from the environment there. HRs there are for namesake. They just conduct written tests, collect papers and ask the candidates to leave. Don't know what's the benefit of this whole process. The interview candidates coming here are not jobless. They have taken permission or leave from their current company and coming here. But, these people just waste their time. Please avoid this company unless you have someone who can refer you or back you up. Else it's a waste of time by preparing and attending interviews here.
