I applied online, which was simple enough. The next day I got an email back about scheduling a phone interview. I scheduled an interview, and was informed that they also require a video interview before the phone interview. To complete the video interview, you need to use either your laptop or smartphone. I used my iPhone, and there is an app to download and use to complete the video interview. The interview itself was simple. You are shown a question on screen, to which you are given ten seconds to compose your answer. From there, it begins filming you for three minutes. You have three minutes only to answer the question. After the video interview, you submit it online and await the phone interview. As I will mention later, I did not complete the phone interview.
