An ADP recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I Interviewed for a Java position. I did not know Java, asked the recruiter before hand if that was okay? She said yes. In the interview, the hiring manger/engineers expected me to know Java and be proficient in Java. A miscommunication happened and we ended the interview in 10 minutes. What a waste. oh well.

Round 1: Asked about resume and previous projects Round 2: 1 medium DSA question, resume, OOPS, SOLID principles and based on resume. Overall it was an interesting experience. The interviewer was polite and the interview was easy.
