Long, drawn out, interviewed first Monday in Feb of 2012, next step heard back end of Feb and then nothing until April of 2012 only because I kept hounding them on a decision because I needed to know whether or not to accept another offer. Seemed like they dragged their feet and were still interviewing in April.

If you were let go in 1 month after being hired, why would it be ?
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.

Come prepared the recruiter definitely will set you up because in the end they get paid on you getting hired. Take a day or two to at least prepare for it and wear a suit if you’re a male female business suit works well too go in confident with enthusiasm and high energy

They want you to report a failure and a success in your recent job experience preferably something to do with sales as this is a sales career job.
