Recommendations To ADP:
1. Coach the Recruiters to keep the Candidate informed about the process
2. Provide an opportunity to the Candidates to debrief on the Case Study submitted - if it is going to be evaluated offline without the Candidate Pls. specify
3. Sensed a lot of Friction between the Recruitment Agency and the ADP recruiters.
Intense and tedious when they very clearly have the preferred candidate in mind already and are wasting the time of the other applicants. A lot of work required between interviews in order to be competitive. Recommend you apply for and interview for a role you don’t have your heart set on first for practice. That’s what I did and learned a lot.
Great interview process with serval people so you can know how the company is run. Loved getting to meet so many of my peers. Very through with the opportunity to ask questions as well.
Entretien Telephonique qui a durée 20 min assez bref pour s'ssurer de la conformité du CV et du parcours profesionnel. PAs de nouvelles après relance par mail plusieurs jours après l'entretien.
