Lengthy. Took a month between first interview and second. Was approved to go on to a 3rd interview, and the interviewer never scheduled it. Manager over the program kept telling me he wanted to hire me and he would get with his associate to start the next steps. Associate would never answer my calls or emails asking when my 3rd interview would be. Then after almost 2 months of trying to reach her, she sends me an email stating she felt I was not right for the position.

1st is via remote, basic questions, professionally handled, more of a qualifier. If you pass, 2nd step is interview with a hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager is more detailed, prep by watching behavioral interviews on Youtube.

Good experience , long process . Liked everyone I met with but did not hear back for a few weeks. Each step took a long time and the times changed a couple of times.
