The interviews themselves (phone, conference via phone, then face to face) were all wonderful and very comfortable. The interviewers were all very nice and I enjoyed talking with them. I felt very confident and looked forward to working with them. I am however disappointed in how long it takes to hear back. I am currently waiting after my third and final interview and hope they are courteous enough to let me know either way since this has been a 2 month process.

Entretien
Received. an email from a recruiter after submitting my online application. Phone screen lasted 45 min. At the end of the call the recruiter told me that I would be moving to the next round and was going to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. In addition, I would receive an email later that day, from the recruiter, with an attachment that provided details about ADP's benefits. The only email received was from ADP with a survey about my interview experience.
The day after the interview, I sent a thank you note and followed up w/ a phone call a week later. I never heard back from the recruiter. In addition, never received a "decline email" from ADP. Perhaps the position was put on hold, filled internally, or I was not the right candidate. Nonetheless, I am disappointed that an organization with ADP's brand and reputation would allow this to occur. Once an employer engages with a candidate, an organization should maintain a level of communication and professionalism throughout the entire process.
