You receive a phone call from the HR department and they ask if you would like to set up a interview and what time. They tell you the name of the hiring manager and where to go for the interview. Once you arrive you see a receptionist and they take your name and you sit at a nearby seating area. The hiring manager comes to the front to meet and greet you and takes you to a room where you proceed with the interview.
