First interview with recruiting working student, then second interview with "tech leads". They had poor interviewing skills and were more interested in making candidates answer programming trivia than evaluating their actual skills. They run their technical interview on Google Docs(!) and expect you to answer their trivia question _and_ implement an algorithm within 1 hour, giving candidates no chance to ask questions about how they work. From the interview I was given, I have serious doubts about the technical competency of this company.
