Unreliable communication during hiring process. Did a preliminary interview, then the HR person forgot I did it and I had to remind her, scheduled in-person interview which she canceled and rescheduled multiple times because she didn't know the hiring committee members' schedules?? I had to reach out to the HR person over and over and over again. Finally, when I called to confirm my in-person interview (because she hadn't sent me a confirmation email with the address, etc), she told me the position was filled! Before I ever interviewed.
