I had a first contact by phone then i went for an on-site interview with the IT manager. It was a 1-1 interview only. The interview was for System Administrator position. There was no technical test per say, just random questions about products, how i would solve certain problems,... The interview went fast and i got the job easily. Experience was pleasant.
