I was interviewed by two people. I was provided 2 scenarios to writer a progress note for. I was also given verbal scenarios to discern what i would do in a particular situation

What would you do if you approached an apartment and overheard the two tenants fighting?
The interview process at ACMH was straightforward and supportive. The interviewer asked thoughtful, values-based questions, explained the role clearly, and emphasized collaboration. It felt conversational, with a genuine interest in client-centered, trauma-informed care.
