The hiring manager is very friendly. It was nice to be introduced to the team in the department and get a thorough tour of the building. However, I really wasn't asked any typical interview questions oddly. Only why I wanted to go into that area--that's it!

Simple interview with simple-minded leadership. They are interviewing for potential friends, not competent employees. They promote their friends to leadership roles. They ostracize anyone who doesn't fit their group. All-in-all, horrible place to live. Turn, and run in the opposite direction. I would highly recommend not applying at all.
