Simple and straight forward questions. Very easy to answer if you’re passionate in this type of field and are willing to work with children on the spectrum. Was asked about 3-4 questions such as the typical elevator pitch about myself and ask about different scenarios and how you would react/answer to them.

Pretty easy. Did a screener call and then a Zoom interview. The Zoom ended in a job offer. They asked me about some scenarios and asked about my resume. The lady seemed very kind and was engaged the entire time.

The interview was smoothly. They answered all my questions I had but the job they asked what do I have experienced working with kids with autism how I feel of working with them when they have a certain behavioral needs. What would I do if my client is having a hard transition. Am I willing to work to get my RBT? How long have you been working with kids with autism
