The proces consists of 6 rounds. Very interesting people. Some of them are still the old style bankers ( they only talk about themselves during your interview ). HR still has very much to improve. HR makes promises they cannot keep. Very unprofessional department for such a big bank.
Due to HR's absolute incompetence I have refused the job.
Eerst is er een online assessment (soort IQ onderzoek) en daarna volgen twee gesprekken met het team. Het eerste gesprek is online en hierbij gaat het vooral om je ambities en een soort kennismaking. Het tweede gesprek is op locatie en dit gaat dieper in over de functie zelf. Hierna wordt de keus gemaakt.
verschillende rondes met een test en meerdere gesprekken. voorafgaand uiteraard de cv en motivatie check. geen bijzondere stappen. Het verwachte niveau van technische onderwerpen en kennis is gemiddeld, voorbereiding wel aanbevolen. wel veel concurrentie, dus zorg voor bijzondere punten om op uit te blinken.

Only did the first assessment round. Was comparable to other traineeships. I could, however, not recognise myself in the test results. So answer the personality test with care. Cognitive part is fairly comparable to other cognitive tests.
