Pretty straight forward. Met with supervisor. Toured the space. Discussed the scope of the cleaning and identified problematic areas. I then met with the operations manager and talked about special projects such as waxing and buffing. Identifying my skill set.

It was super easy. I did not stay for the full 30mins. I applied for a position at the interview and then was offered the position. I did the background check there too. It seems like all the care is about the background check and the drug test.

Phone interview. Very friendly. Not alot of information from the start and the training is not the best. Reliable transportation. They want to know if you can work alone or in 2 man teams.
