Very easy because I got an interview through another employee I knew that worked there and since I was supervisor at my prior job they already knew I could handle the job I was being offered. He just handed me the paper work that had to be done and started my background check immediately and started within a day or two

Went in. got a call a few days after applied. Met with one of the hiring managers. She was very good at asking the right questions. But, I was better at answering them. Overall, the interview went like the norm, behavior questions and then some about my background of the cleaning industry.

You have to r a collard shirt with with black pants for the interview which happens in a room of people. Where you are given papers to fill out. The next step is you get fingerprinted and if yo pass you come back and got and get your badge.
