Applied online. Recruiter reached out to me about a week later. Had two virtual interviews and a third onsite. The third interview lasted approx. 4 hours and was intense (multiple 1:1's and panel interviews). The employees were very friendly. Total process took two months and was much more cumbersome than it needed to be. Also, the recruiter was often late responding to emails.
