After a brief phone interview I was called in to main Glendale office. Took a test that asked a variety of questions from correcting grammar mistakes to pop culture knowledge.
Following that I was left waiting for over fifteen minutes for my interview. The HR contact came in to tell me that the person I was to meet with was busy but that she and someone whose role was never identified came in to talk to me. They asked me general questions about my background and if I understood what their company did. She did all the talking. Her associate said nothing. I had to often ask him questions about his role there, but his answers were vague and said he was only "involved in production."
Following that I was told they were going to see if the person I was originally meeting with was now free. I waited another twenty minutes before their HR contact came in to tell me they would reschedule.
They didn't.
In all honestly, the interview I had could have been done completely over the phone and didn't need me to come in.
