Saw the job posting through Dave's ESL Cafe & emailed in my resume, cover letter and references. The first phone interview was with the head teacher and the second one was with the director. They want to know about previous teaching experience, your interest in Japanese culture/language & any international experiences you've had. Some questions are situational (tell me about a time when...). They ask a few grammar questions at the end.
