It is an entirely long interview. Many questions, many steps, and the actual hire date is a month and a half out. They set you up with a general review of the company, which about 40 to 50 people attend (so do not think it is an interview). They give you the rundown on how the company works, pay, etc. After that you take an assessment. If you pass, they set you up for your 1:1 interview (yeah finally). The process is too long. You have to go through so many steps for the next person you basically say the same thing too. It's a very tiring process and I just didn't find myself making time for the interviewing steps they require.
