The recruitment process was unprofessional. I was invited to an interview, but the recruiter cancelled it minutes beforehand. I had to follow up multiple times to schedule a new appointment, and during the rescheduled interview, the recruiter displayed a lack of interest in my experience and didn't have information about the team size or reporting structure. There was no follow-up from the recruiter's end. Although it was a waste of my time, I am grateful to have witnessed the unprofessionalism of Glofox firsthand and have no desire to work for a company with such low standards. Recruitment process at Glofox is inadequate and the owner should consider replacing their HR team.

After being invited to an initial 30 minute online interview, i accepted the appointed and exchanged emails with the recruitment specialist. After preparing for the interview i joined the meeting, however nobody from Glofox attended and even though i followed up with an email i haven't received a response from the company. Extremely disappointed as everything i have heard about Glofox has been positive.
