There are two types of interview methods, individual and group interviews. These interviews are one-on-one interviews that are conducted by the interviewer. after not getting an offer and wanting a followup email but no reply.
The interview was smoothy and pleasant with the team. The company seems to have great culture and teams. And I really enjoyed the conversation. It seems to be a great environment for people to grow and work.

Poor talking with mgmt and the process is complicate and no one want to follow the role and it is very long and not recommend better ask for more and no need put much time on it
