Was screened via telephone and then an in-person interview. Recruiter was looking for more experience than I had. I recently graduated and interned at local broadcasting and radio stations. I enjoyed the experience.

The interview went smoothly overall. I was able to effectively communicate my experience and skills, particularly in managing production tasks and handling high-pressure situations. The team appeared engaged and asked insightful questions. While I feel confident about the discussion, I’m awaiting feedback to gauge their decision.
