A screening call of 15 mins with HR. The hiring process described to be a 3-step interview: team, hiring manager, N+2. After the sequence changed and spoke with the hiring manager. Then was invited to the team interview, then the team interview was cancelled and I got invitation to a 1-hour interview with only 1 team member, with the others to follow. I gave feedback that this is not going to work for me as it's not in line with what was described and I did not understand the new process and who will be making the decision. I did accept the invite though. HR replied that she will discuss with the hiring manager and cancelled the meeting. Never heard back after that. I had hiring manager email and asked him what is the situation. Also no reply.
