First of all they do a filtration based on cgpa and conduct a test . Then they'll thoroughly check out your skill and knowledge and recruit maybe the questions can be easy its all based on how qualified you really are.

Friendly and deeply interested in interpersonal skills as it seemed they liked my technical background well enough. Definitely the gold standard in professionalism and response time. Went through two rounds with some technical scenarios concerning system design.

The interview process was good and professional, but the company discriminates based on your nationality when hiring you, and they tell you this (kind of) semi-directly. The interview process went very well, but due to nationality, contrary to the previous agreement for the final interview, they not only did not conduct the interview but also did not respond to follow-up emails, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful
