Inscrição direto na Pagina de oportunidades. Entrevista agendada com a liderança localizada na India. Being honest , if you're from Latin America (Brazil) be aware: They will describe "nice to have" in job description but the people from India, normally is "By the book" they ask about this "Nice to have" in detail as they learned...they do not consider your experience they value your Theoric Skills and if you are "by the book" per example PMBook, ITIL and others...! And they are very direct do not think they are unrespectfull ...its their culture...! My feeling ...they are not a leader they are Bossing as my experience as interviewed
Good process, good experience, nice interviewer and excellent corporate culture, employee motivation, and structural interview process. I strongly recommend this organization with brilliant corporate responsibility and care for employees. Therefore, I think it is good to attend the interview.

A entrevista começa com apresentação, seguida de perguntas sobre experiência e competências. O candidato responde, exemplifica habilidades, discute objetivos, finaliza com dúvidas. Avaliação e feedback concluem o processo. Não demora pra dar retorno e são assertivos
Panel interview - four interviewers. Provided a list of questions prior to interview to prepare responses on and requested a powerpoint presentation to cover the responses. Interview was scheduled for an hour and overran this time by a few minutes. Overall, panel was friendly but some questions felt like they were leading questions. It also seemed that they had already decided on a candidate.
